How to prepare product:

Turn off skimmer and discontinue using activated carbon and phosphate remover for 72 hours; they may be resumed after 72 hours but all other chemical filtration should be removed during the course of treatment. Filter socks are recommended to aid in cleaning the aquarium. Do not use if you have macroalgae or a refugium or put them into another tank or holding containers for the duration of the treatment. Allow 10 to 14 days for results.


Indicated for use on ornamental aquariums and fish, is NOT FOR HUMAN USE and not to be used to treat fish intended for human consumption In case of accidental tank overdose, the medication can be removed using Clear Fx Pro.

Had to use 2 treatments

I had to do 2 treatments but it did get rid of all the hair algae in my tank. the first round really knocked out the majority of it but the second round killed it all. Great product!

Gave my tank a second chance

didn't know what else to do so I gave it a try. tank was covered in hair algae and after 3 weeks it was all gone. now I just have to keep up maintenance so it doesn't come back. Thanks Clear Choice for helping my find this product and keeping me in the hobby

Bye bye Bryopsis

I ordered this product because I am battling bryopsis. What a life saver! Since dosing the correct amount to my 25 gallon tank it has killed off most of the bryopsis. It’s only been a week and a half since I dosed. Instructions state it could take 10-14 days. I’m pleased with the results and no loss of coral or fish.

Actually works

I let my tank go for too long and had an huge outbreak of GHA. After pulling and pulling I decided to give this a try and after a week the GHA started to turn white and was really easy to pull out. I need one more treatment but it's a major improvement.
